Program Manager

  • The role of SPRING. Movement’s Program Manager is designed to:

    • Manage and optimize program operations & processes,

    • Manage and optimize client relations, retention, and engagement, and

    • Execute sustainable growth strategies.

    In line with Spring’s mission, ‘to develop the most confident, versatile, and successful Pilates professionals globally,’ this position is designed to expand the reach of the company’s vision by fostering a safe and positive client experience for all people all around the world, growing Spring’s clientele, and maintaining the most intuitive, seamless, and innovative hybrid learning experience worldwide.

  • $60,000 to $75,000 full time (40 hours) dependent upon skills and experience

    • Ongoing Education Program: Professional Development & Anti-Racism Training

      • We value the growth and development of our people. Each year we offer the opportunity for employees to be reimbursed for professional development related to their role and anti-racism training. The current budget is $500 Professional Development for management roles and $200 per person for Anti-Racism Training.

      • In order to maintain an inclusive and flexible work environment, employees are entitled to request time off for any public, religious, national, cultural, secular, or alternative holiday.

      • We offer full-time salaried employees a total of 20 days/4 weeks of accrued Paid Time Off, which takes into account 13 days/104 hours per year of Paid Time Off and 7 days/56 hours for Floating Federal Holidays which may be used for any occasion.

      • All salaried employees & managers are entitled to take up to a maximum total of six (6) weeks of time off per calendar year.
